Our room at Hotel Luena was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a short city stay. The staff, especially Pedro, were really good too ensure our needs were met. We were kinda surprised when they allowed us to check in early without any additional cost. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation. Despite a few minor issues, like a stuck sink and limited breakfast options, our overall experience was positive. We would recommend Hotel Luena for its friendly service and convenient location.
