Hotel Luena Lisbon

The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station and a small grocery store, making it easy to access transportation and grab any essentials. the Wi, Fi was excellent and the hotel was very clean, which was a big plus.

The check, in process was a bit frustrating due to internet issues, and there was no help or resolution offered for rate issues. the room had some maintenance issues, such as a faulty pop, up drain and a non, functioning light, which should have been checked before our arrival.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. It is situated on a relatively quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. it is just a short walk away from the green metro line, providing easy access to different parts of the city.

Cleanliness could be improved, as some guests reported finding hairs in the bathroom and dust in the room corners.

We were pleasantly surprised when they allowed us to check in early without any additional cost. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation. Despite a few minor issues, like a stuck sink and limited breakfast options, our overall experience was positive. We would recommend Hotel Luena for its friendly service and convenient location.
